ACE gives refund ONLY if a class is canceled. Credit Memos may be conditionally issued, but NOT for fee-based classes.

What is online orientation?
Before you can start your class, you will need to attend orientation. You will receive information about your teacher, contacts, assignments, and schedules. Your registration cannot be verified until you have completed orientation.

When should I complete my online orientation?

It is best to complete the orientation session at least 2 days before class begins. Under no circumstances will you be able to access the classroom after the dates listed above. You will need to contact Tom and reschedule for the next month.

What is my confirmation code?
You do not have a confirmation code. Just leave the field blank.

What is my password?

Your password is anything you want it to be. You will create your own password. Write down your password and CAREFULLY type it in during orientation. Remember that passwords are case sensitive. Make sure that your Caps Lock is off. For example: TJung is not the same as tjung or TJUNG. Do not copy and paste the password the second time. Typing it twice is a safety procedure.

If you forget your password after you have started your course, you may have it automatically sent to your email address by filling out the information on this form.

Why can't I access my classroom?
Here are the most common reasons why students cannot access their classrooms:

  • Misspelling surnames - Please be careful when you type your last name (or family name) during orientation.
  • Forgetting or mistyping a password - Write down your password and CAREFULLY type it in during orientation. Remember that passwords are case sensitive. Make sure that your Caps Lock is off. For example: CWagner is not the same as cwagner or CWAGNER. Do not copy and paste the password the second time. Typing it twice is a safety procedure.
  • Choosing a different start date for your class - be careful to click on the correct radio button or circle next to the start date for your class. Make sure it is correct before continuing.
  • Late orientation - Orientations completed after 12:00 noon on the second Wednesday of the month are considered late.
  • It's too late - Please take note that it is impossible to admit new students after the deadlines above.
  • If you have tried all of the above and still cannot access your classroom after 1:00 PM on the start date of your class, please call Joyce Yee at (408) 522-2712.
